How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view order status and tracking details in your dashboard under 'My Orders'.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe. Payment is secure and encrypted. We don't store your payment information.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@buracard.com. After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

What if my card doesn't work?

All Buracard products come with a satisfaction guarantee. If your NFC card doesn't work as expected, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.

Can I order multiple cards with different designs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each card order can have a unique design. Simply create your designs in the studio, save them, and select different designs for each card during checkout.
